The conference fee includes breakfast buffet, nutritious lunch, coffee, tea and healthy afternoon tea, session materials and a complimentary travel pack.
Confirmation of your booking
We will confirm your booking by email. If you prefer confirmation by post please let us know by sending us an email
If you are paying by credit card you will receive an automated receipt. Your place will be confirmed within 10 working days post receipt of your booking.
Please contact us if you have not received confirmation in writing 14 days after submitting your booking form.
Hotel accommodation
This is not included in the cost of the workshop. ExtraVitality has arranged exclusive discounts for accommodation with the venue provider for delegates wishing to stay the night before and/or the night after the workshop. Details will be included with the confirmation of your place at the conference. You will need to quote the code provided when booking with the venue as the exclusive discounts are not available on the venue website or promoted elsewhere.
Directions and a map for the venue will also be included with your confirmation.
Substitutions
Substitute delegates are welcome at any time. Just let us know who they are, and who they are replacing: Simply email us to let us know.
Cancellations
On completion of the online booking form or signing of the paper booking form the delegate and their supporting organisation are liable for the fees for the workshop subject to our cancellation terms. Should the individual delegate leave the organisation the responsibility for payment is with the employing organisation at the time the booking form was signed.
A cancellation should be made in writing. Cancellations received at least four weeks (28 days) before the start of the workshop will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds can be processed after this date. Credit card refunds will only be made to the card in which the original payment was taken.
Any cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the chosen workshop date or non-attendance at the event carries a 100% cancellation fee. Extravitality (Lynk Management Consultants Limited) cannot refund delegates who fail to attend the workshop due to reasons outside their control, if the workshop takes place as planned.
Places can be substituted with prior knowledge and agreement with Extravitality (Lynk Management Consultants Limited).
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers.
Extravitality (Lynk Management Consultants Limited) will not be held responsible for any reason outside their control should the workshop not be able to commence or be curtailed early.
Extravitality (Lynk Management Consultants Limited) will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items of the delegates or injury caused to a workshop delegate or exhibitor at Grange City Hotel, or any other venue used in connection with this event. Participants are advised to organise their own personal travel, accommodation and health insurance.
Extravitality (Lynk Management Consultants Limited) takes no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
Dietary Requirements
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Please email us your requirements as soon as possible. We regret that provision for special dietary requirements are at the discretion of the caterer and subject to their terms and conditions. Subsequently, notification within the week of the workshop date may not be taken by the caterer and alternative arrangements may have to be made.
Access Requirements
We would like all of our delegates to fully participate in the workshop so please let us know if you have any special access requirements as soon as possible so we can check with the venue at the earliest possible time. We will endeavour to do everything we can to make sure your requirements are meet by the venue. If this is not feasible due to venue restrictions, then we will advise you are soon as possible.
Special Offers and Discounts
Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer from Extravitality. Bookings are subject to payments made, strictly 28 days from date of invoice and/or must be paid in full before the workshop date. A complete booking form is required for each individual delegate.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
